Hope everyone is well. Just a quick update on 'Love You Mum' and its festival status. Below is an award notification from the 'Chris Awards' - Columbus, and an 'Official Selection' notification for the International Student Film Festival Hollywood. (Awards announced on the night). Another pat on the back to all involved!

The Film Council of Greater Columbus takes pleasure in notifying you that your entries in the 55th Columbus International Film & Video Festival, also known as The Chris Awards, have won the following awards:
Love You Mum
Bronze Plaque
The Chris Statuettes and Bronze Plaque awards will be presented at the 55th annual Awards Ceremony, Saturday, November 10, 2007 at the Columbus College of Art & Design. Film screenings for the festival will be held November 4-11, 2007. A listing of which films will be screened (alas, we do not have the time to screen all of the award winners) will be available soon on our web site at: <www.chrisawards.org>. We hope that you or another representative can attend!

Congratulations! We are delighted to inform you that your film has been chosen as an “Official Selection” of the International Student Film Festival Hollywood, taking place in the NOHO Arts District of North Hollywood, CA USA November 14 - 18, 2007.
Of over 250 submissions we received from students across the globe, your film stood out as one of the best.
We hope you will be able to join us at the festival in representation of your film. As one of this year’s selected directors, all festival events and screenings are free for you. You are welcome to bring your cast and guests with you to the Filmmakers Reception at no charge and you have 2 free tickets for your screening. Tickets for the Awards Ceremony and additional screening tickets may be purchased for your friends and family by calling or emailing us. (See prices below).
If you are unable to attend and your film is selected as a winner, we will mail your award to the address provided on your entry form. You and/or your school may also purchase additional awards by contacting us after the festival.
The selected films will be posted on the website soon along with the program schedule.
